Hyson (also know as Dragon tea) originates from a specific tea garden in the Anhui Province. Hyson translates to 'Flourishing Spring' and uses young leaves as opposed to typically medium or old. The young leaves are long, twisted and in the cup open to an almost complete original leaf. A full bodied very flavourful and refreshing tea full of new spring green character - one to try!
